Description

I shot this at City Park in Iowa City. I used a 35mm lens. I developed it in sepia because i really like the old school look to it. This is my fiirst submission to this website, but not my last.
The model in this photo is my friend Steph. Out of all the females i've used i liked her and this photo of her the best. I would like to say without friends like her i could not have all of my inspiration. I would also like to thank Bao (thienbao.gfxartist.com) with his help in setting up my sit. He is a master and i'm lucky to work with him. GO SEE HIS STUFF, ITS AWSOME!

tadadada first welcome to gfx artist!
then the feedback u asked for :)
i think composition isvery crowded..background doesnt add much to the feel of the model which misses someone..so u could use smaller DOF and focus on the model and blur the background...background is very busy with the hut at the left which takes the models head inside it and kinda swallows it..her heads background should have lighter color to bring it to front..
theeen...i would prefer a closer shot..where i can see the models face and her expression..because in this one she looks like very tried and sat there for a few mins and fell asleep at there...
try to think about the composition more and focus on the subject and idea u want to express..
also i liked the spehia tones!:)

Great photo; a lot of the times, I see models who don't convey the feeling the photographer is trying to express; no problems here. Well done. +7
